Maura has over a decade of experience in building and advising innovative high-growth healthcare companies. Her human capital breadth spans operations, executive search and private equity.
Maura’s operational experience includes her work at Bright Health and Belong Health. At Bright Health, she was the Chief People Officer and led all critical People and Talent functions that enabled Bright to scale from 3 to 1500 employees and established requisite controls and capabilities to IPO. She also served as SVP, People & SVP, Partnerships at Belong Health where her work included laying foundational HR operations and recruitment infrastructure as well as identifying and advancing partnerships. Maura also advised Towerbrook Capital Partners on Talent activities where her focus was executive recruitment and long-term human capital strategies. Maura was a foundational member of the Oxeon Partners team where she led search activities for key clients and investments like Landmark Health and Evolent Health.
When she’s not working (ok, she’s working a lot), Maura enjoys golfing, traveling, wine tasting and walking along the piers of Brooklyn with her fur-child, Puella.
Maura earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Davidson College.
